If you would like product and pricing information, our Camera Bits sales team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. (PST / PDT) at 1-503-547-2800. You can also email sales with any questions or concerns.
U.S and International Sales
Camera Bits ships for an additional $10 USD within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO or FPO addresses. If shipping outside of the aforementioned areas, there is an additional $15 USD on top of the $10 USD shipping fee for the shipment of a CD, making the total for shipping an additional $25 USD. The customer is also responsible for any custom fees, import fees, and any other charge initiated by the customs of the country being shipped to. In regards to overseas shipping, Camera Bits, Inc. is required by law to declare the full purchase price on the package mailed.
Return Policy
All sales are final.
Electronic Software Downloads
All Camera Bits software is available for download at time of purchase. Once credit card authorization has been received, you will receive instructions in the form of a link (sent to the email address provided by you during your purchase), along with your registration information and password to begin downloading the software.
Proof of Purchase
Camera Bits will send you a confirmation of your order via email with your online purchase. If you placed your order over the telephone, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email if you purchase an ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) license, or by regular mail if you purchase Photo Mechanic with media.
Payment Methods
Credit Cards:
- You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone).
- At the time the order is placed, Camera Bits obtains approval from the credit card company, so billing of your credit card is simultaneous with the order.
- Camera Bits, Inc. accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Cashier’s Check, Personal Check, or Money Order:
Camera Bits accepts cashier’s checks, personal checks and money order as valid forms of payment. If you wish to pay by any of these payment options, please call 1-503-547-2800 or email sales for approval. A cashier’s check, personal check, or money order must be made payable to Camera Bits, Inc. Once approved, please mail your payment to:

Shipping Options
Camera Bits ships via regular U.S Mail within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO or FPO addresses. CD’s and paperwork shipped via regular U.S Mail are normally delivered within five business days after shipment. Camera Bits usually ships within two business days after the order is processed.
Shipments outside of the above areas without CD’s are sent via U.S Airmail, and shipments with CD’s are sent by U.S Express Mail, U.S Global Priority, or Fed Ex depending on the country being shipped to.
For an additional charge, Camera Bits can provide alternate shipping options such as overnight delivery, UPS, and so on. If you wish to use an alternate option, please call 1-503-547-2800 or email sales to discuss options.
Order Processing
The estimated shipment date is based on payment processing time, handling processing time, and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment.
Non-ESD orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin processing for shipment the next business day.
Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Prices
All products bought through Camera Bits, Inc will include the price of the product, shipping fees (if any), and does not include sales tax. Camera Bits reserves the right to change prices displayed on the Camera Bits website at any time.
Camera Bits Software Licenses
Your use of Camera Bits branded software is on the terms of the license in effect for the software at the time of the purchase. You will be asked to agree to the terms of the applicable license at the time that you install the software. You may review Camera Bits licenses, including limitations, by clicking the appropriate link below. Please be aware, however, that your purchase is subject to the particular license that accompanies the software and you must agree to the terms and conditions of that license when you install the software. Be certain to read the applicable license carefully before you install the software.
